A Satanist Walks Into A City Council Meeting... Trust Me, You’ve Not Heard This One Before

The First Amendment protects everyone’s beliefs—even Satanists’. That’s one way to explain why David Suhor, co-founder of the Satanic Temple (West Florida Chapter), performed an invocation while standing before Pensacola lawmakers. Suhor wanted city officials to “embrace the Luciferian impulse to eat of the tree of knowledge.”

However, before Suhor attempted to invoke Satan, some folks expressed their feelings about it.

This was not Mr. Darkside’s first time at a council meeting, as he has visited several city and county government meetings, arguing to permanently ban religious services from these public forums.

Lord Voldemort has been fighting an uphill six-month battle, as Christian followers have tried to impede his efforts—e.g., holy-water showers and religiously verbal filibustering (speaking in tongues).

ALABAMA SCHOOL-BOARD MEETING: SUHOR SANS CLOAK WHILE CHRISTIAN FOLLOWERS ATTEMPT TO DROWN OUT HIS INVOCATION.

One thing’s for sure, by giving credence to Suhor, people are just (inadvertently and ultimately) perpetuating his efforts.
